Today’s racing comes from Lingfield (1.20), Newcastle (1.40) and Salisbury (2.00).

At Lingfield Jack Oliver looks to have every chance in the 1.50.

Newcastle’s going is good. In the 5.10 Whinhill House could well make it into the frame, and at around 9/1 or so looks a fair each way/place pick.

Salisbury’s ground is good and favourite backers should be OK with Furnace in the 3.30. Christalini at around 80/1 has to be worth a plecebet in a 5 runner race.
