Today’s racing comes from Newmarket (1.30), Lingfield (2.10), Warwick (2.20), Folkestone (6.20) and Nottingham (6.40).

Newmarket’s going is good to firm. In the 2.35 Ekhtiaar has as good a chance as any and at around 8/1 looks fair value.

Lingfield is standard. In the 4.30 Buckthorn could upset the favourite Western Point.

At Warwick the ground is good. Angel Sprints looks to have a very good chance in the 4.05.

Folkestone’s going is good to firm. In the 8.20 Shine And Rise could get the better of likely favourite Crossing The Line.

The going at Nottingham is good to soft. In the 7.40 Winged d Argent looks a fair bet at around 5/1.
